The portable soil PAHs Raman detector developed based on surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) technology and enhanced reagent preparation technology can provide innovative solutions to the difficult problem of soil polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons pollution, and can complete sample processing, detection, and result analysis within<10 minutes. There are up to 18 types of aromatic hydrocarbon detection projects, and database upgrades can be carried out as needed or customized detection projects can be added through the self built database function. The soil PAHs Raman detector has many unique properties that meet the needs of on-site detection, such as providing characteristic fingerprints, with sensitivity up to the single molecule level, without complex sample pretreatment, fast response, and free from water peak interference. It is easier to extract characteristic peaks, and is not prone to misdiagnosis
